Hi, this is Kristy Chen. I was born in a small village named Chen's Hill in Wuhan, China. I graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in business administration. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in education at the University of Minnesota. This is my sixth year at Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion Academy.
In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, traveling, singing, and gardening. Watching my students grow is one of my greatest joys, just like watching my plants thrive!
Welcome to the first grade at Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion Academy! I am excited for the school year to start and am pleased to be your child's teacher. I look forward to partnering with you in your child's education.
