Hello! 

Hi! My name is Riley Rhein, and I’m honored to be the 3rd grade English teacher at Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion Academy. This is my 11th year of teaching and my 5th year at Jie Ming. I’m looking forward to a year full of fun, learning, and growth!

I grew up in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul. I earned my degree in Elementary Education from St. Catherine University in 2015. In 2020, I completed a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and in 2023, I received my Reading Endorsement from Concordia University, St. Paul.

Being an active participant in the learning environment is extremely important to me. I encourage every student to take ownership of their learning and strive to be their best selves. I am passionate about education and committed to supporting young learners. I also enjoy staying active and love working with kids!
